Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will be processed in the following cases, provided sufficient proof (photo or video) is shared within the stated time frame:
- Product Expiry – If the product received is past its expiration date.
- Damaged or Deformed Tablets – If the tablets appear crushed, melted, or deformed upon opening the seal.
- Contamination or Fungus – If the product shows visible signs of contamination or fungal growth.
- Broken Seal or Tampering – If the safety seal on the bottle is broken or appears tampered with upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Received – – If the product delivered does not match your order.
Proof Required
Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, the batch number, and the condition of the product packaging at the time of delivery.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions apply:
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the seal intact (except in cases of visible contamination or defect).
- Refunds will be processed only after verification by our quality assurance team.
- Products opened or used beyond the defective portion are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:
- Refunds will be initiated within 15–30 working days to your original payment method.
- In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the product was purchased through a retail or third-party store, please contact the same outlet directly as policies may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products returned without valid proof of damage or defect.
- Opened or partially used bottles without an eligible issue.
- Expired products reported after the claim period.
