FAQ's

Have questions? We’re here to help.

From treatment safety to recovery time, here are some of the most common questions our patients ask before their procedures.
If you don’t find your answer here, we’ll be happy to guide you personally during your consultation.
Will Botox or Fillers make me look “frozen” or overdone?
Not at all. Our approach is subtle and measured, the goal is to enhance, not exaggerate. You’ll still have full facial expression, just smoother and more refined.
How long do Botox results last?
Typically between 3 to 4 months, depending on your muscle activity and metabolism. Regular maintenance helps results last longer over time.
Are dermal fillers permanent?
No, they’re made from hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that gradually dissolves in the skin. Results last between 6 to 12 months, depending on the area treated.
Is a thread lift painful?
PDO thread lifts are performed under local anaesthesia, making the procedure comfortable. Most patients describe it as a light pulling sensation, not pain.
What is PRP therapy, and how does it work?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses your own blood’s growth factors to stimulate collagen and hair follicle activity, promoting healing, regeneration, and natural hair growth.
How long before I see results after a hair transplant?
Initial growth usually begins around 3–4 months post-procedure, with visible fullness achieved between 6–12 months.
Can I combine treatments in one session?
Yes, depending on your needs. For example, Botox and fillers or PRP and Exosome therapy can be safely performed together after a proper consultation.
What should I avoid after treatment?
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for 24 hours, skip saunas and intense workouts for a day, and always use sunscreen to maintain results.
Do you offer consultations before deciding on a treatment?
Absolutely. Every journey begins with a detailed consultation, we discuss your concerns, evaluate your skin or hair condition, and create a personalised plan before any procedure.
